Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, family name, and sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Family Profile content: everything you enter in Family Polaris OS - family member names, roles and ages, values, vision, heirlooms, advisers, financial inputs such as capital, contributions and goals, and the documents the software generates for you.
• Plan and payment information: the plan you choose and your billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank account number.
• Technical information: basic device, browser and usage data needed to run, secure and improve the service. We store a sign-in session and your selected plan in your browser so the app works.

To provide Family Polaris OS and generate your deliverables; to save your progress; to manage your membership and payments; to respond when you contact us; to keep the service secure; and to improve the product. If you have Family Polaris OS Guided or engage Family Polaris Navigator, our team will use your Family Profile to prepare for and deliver your strategy sessions.

When you ask Family Polaris OS to generate a document, the relevant parts of your Family Profile are sent to a third-party AI model provider to create the draft. Those providers process the data to return the result to you. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords or similar identifiers - Family Polaris OS never needs them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Family Polaris OS (cloud hosting and database, AI model providers, Stripe for payments, email delivery, and Google if you use Google sign-in), when you ask us to (for example, a priority handoff to Family Polaris Navigator), or when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction under this policy.

Producers Wealth and its professionals may be licensed to offer insurance products. Family Polaris OS itself does not sell insurance. If you choose to work with us on implementation, that work is separate from Family Polaris OS, governed by its own agreements, and we may be compensated for products you choose to purchase.

Each family's profile is private to the account that created it and is protected by access controls in our database. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We keep your information while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and Family Profile at any time by emailing team@producerswealth.com. We will delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

You can view and edit your Family Profile in the app at any time. You can request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing team@producerswealth.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.

Family Polaris OS accounts are for adults 18 and over. Account holders may enter information about their family members, including children, to plan for their family. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and let account holders know by email or in the app.
