Terms of Service

Family Polaris OS is software that guides your family through a five-pillar family office process and generates strategy and draft documentation for you to review with your family and your own licensed professionals.

Family Polaris OS provides education, strategy and draft documents only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or insurance advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client, adviser-client, fiduciary or agency relationship. Calculators show illustrations based on the numbers you enter, not predictions or guarantees. Review everything with qualified professionals before you act on it.

Deliverables are drafted by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and deciding how to use them.

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at team@producerswealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account and for having permission to enter information about family members.

Family Polaris OS memberships (Family Polaris OS and Family Polaris OS Guided) are billed yearly in advance and renew automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date, and your access continues to the end of the paid year. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

If you are not satisfied, email team@producerswealth.com within 30 days of your first membership purchase and we will refund it in full. Renewals and upgrades are not refundable except where the law requires.

Strategy reviews and consults included in Family Polaris OS Guided are scheduled with our team based on availability. Family Polaris Navigator is a separate done-for-you engagement governed by its own agreement, not these Terms.

You own the information you enter and the documents generated for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve Family Polaris OS, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse Family Polaris OS: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other families' data, no interfering with the service, no reverse engineering, and no reselling or sharing access outside your household without our written permission.

The Family Polaris OS software, design, frameworks, content and brand belong to Producers Wealth. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it during your membership.

We may update, add or remove features. We work to keep Family Polaris OS available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 2, 10, 13 and 14) survive termination.

Family Polaris OS is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Producers Wealth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in its state or federal courts.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account holders. Continuing to use Family Polaris OS after changes take effect means you accept them.
